A prayer written by the bishop of St Asaph

Dear Father, who created us and redeemed us
And who has promised us your love.
Be with us in a time of danger and worry.
May those who suffer or are ill
Know the blessing of your grace,
While we who are well be inspired by your Spirit
To be wise and to be servants, working for the health and wholeness
Of all, each in our own way.
Keep us calm and cautious, strong and open to serve
So that we take care of those around us and also ourselves.
We ask this in the name of Jesus.
Amen

We are very sorry but following government guidelines there will be NO services until further notice.

Here are some apps to help with daily prayer:

Pray As You Go is a daily prayer session
https://pray-as-you-go.org/about/

A number of apps from Church House Publishing and the Church of England

We ask everyone to pay heed to the guidelines which are emerging and to let us know if any particular needs and concerns.

We hope soon to visit all who are self-isolating and share a booklet of prayers they can use, with particular focus on Holy Week and Easter.

Above all we pray for those in our helath service and in the Porthcawl Covid-19 group who are dealing with this on a local basis, together with all those who work in our hospitals and in the community.

Every blessing and with our prayers
