We pray for the recently departed Father Erle Hastey.
Father Erle came to Porthcawl with Gill when he retired about 15 years ago, and became a valuable part of Parish life. His wide range of skills (mechanical as well as pastoral) were readily put to our service. He wax a good priest and a truly humble priest and we learnt much from him 'tempered by his wry Yorkshire humour'. To Gill we offer our love and our sympathy.

May he rest in peace and rise in glory
